Ice blasting

In order to prevent icejams, preliminary ice blasting was made by Ministry of Emergence Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan near the bridges:

• across B.Mesha river near village Kara-Shirma on km 0+500 of the auto road Mamadysh-Tiuliyachi in Tiulyachinsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan – on March 24, 2014.
