Seminar “Practical application of labour legislation in organizations of road building branch” was held in Suburban branch of JSC “Tatavtodor” on August 3, 2013. During the seminar the following themes were discussed:
- Beginning of labour relationships: current legal issues of conclusion of employment agreement, employment formulation.
- Work in special situations: overhours, non-standard working day, work during weekends, public holidays and nighttime, documentation.
- Regulatory considerations for labour of special categories of employees: pregnant, disabled and minor employees.
- Regulations for entitlement of annual paid leave for employees: leave scheduling, liability for infringement of leave entitlement legislation.
- Business trips and work-related journeys: disputable points.
- Discussion of cases, recommendations.
