Reconstruction of access road to Koshki-Novotimbayevo settlement in Tetiushsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan is finished.

Koshki-Novotimbayevo is the homeland of Ivan Yakovlev (1848-1930), the creator of new (modern) Chuvash alphabet and Chuvash and Russian language textbooks for Chuvash people. He was a writer, translator, and folklorist. 

The renewed auto road leads through the settlement, providing easy access to the house-museum of Ivan Yakovlev.
