Ceremonial opening of reconstructed part (km 13+460 – km 15+710, total 2.250 km) of M7 "Volga" – Novaya Aleksandrovka – Tulubayevo auto road was held on October 14, 2023 in Menzelinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
